About Capital Gain
CAPITAL GAIN is a licensed private lending company established in Uganda in 2019 to provide flexible financing for credible and time-sensitive opportunities.
We serve established businesses, property owners, investors and transaction sponsors whose financing requirements may not be adequately addressed by conventional lending timelines or structures.
